I’ve been using this app and genuinely love how simple and easy it is to navigate. I was looking for a way to track what I ate during the day. I knew I was eating what needed, but maybe not exactly the right amount of protein or as often as I should. This gives me a way to visualize EXACTLY what and how I’m eating the food I do during the day. It keeps me accountable and helps me make conscious decisions in meal preparations as well.
