New: Spoken name. Tell Lixor what you actually call a bottle at your bar and it answers to that name from then on. Tap Suggest and Lixor proposes a short one. Say "add product" during a You Lead count and the new bottle goes on the shelf without stopping the count. When Lixor cannot find what you said, it offers to add it. Scan a barcode Lixor does not know and it first asks whether it is one of the bottles you already have, so you never end up with two Jack Daniel's. Your first count is Lixor Leads: Lixor names each bottle, you say the number. After that, You Lead is yours.

New: Lixor learns how you say it. Call a bottle by whatever name you use at your bar. Once Lixor knows which bottle you mean, that name is yours from then on and lands on the first try. When Lixor asks "Did you mean this or that?", just say "the first one" or "the second one". No need to read a long name back. Every bottle now shows the same amber, purple or green tile when there is no picture, and the count screen never goes blank between bottles. The voice count starts on your area's own photo. Team counts: join from anywhere, follow the starter's choice of You lead or Lixor leads, and replace a teammate's count cleanly. The count ends on the area, with no pop-up to dismiss. Clover POS is now supported alongside Toast.

New: You lead. Take an inventory by calling the bottles out yourself. Say the name and how much is left, and Lixor writes it down, shows the picture, and reads it back. Walk the shelf in any order. Two bottles with the same name? Lixor fills in the second one, then asks whether to add or replace. Anything Lixor does not catch is saved for the end, so you never break stride.

Built for the iPad at the bar Lixor now uses the whole iPad. Put one on a stand at the bar and everything fits the screen: Home shows your sales and pour cost side by side, Areas is a grid of every shelf, and counting shows the bottle and its level next to the details. Sideways or upright, the tabs stay at the bottom where your thumb expects them, and the same swipes work as on the phone. Also in this release: Day Sales leads with yesterday's cost, then your top drinks and top food. Speak to Build explains itself before you start. Sheets no longer leave a black panel behind them on iPad. Bug fixes throughout.

Speak to Build Set up an area by talking. Say each bottle out loud, left to right, top to bottom, and Lixor builds the area in that exact order, so when you take an inventory the bottles come up one after the other. Say how many you have after a bottle and that becomes your first inventory too. Say "pause" or "finish" any time. AirPods work. Speak to Build replaces Scan to Build. Every area keeps its own count The same product in the well, the back bar and the storeroom now carries its own level and backup count in each. Counting one area never changes another. A delivery lands in the area you received it into, in the exact quantity on the invoice. No more duplicate products Scan, import or receive a product you already have and Lixor links the one you have instead of making a copy, so one price change reaches every area. Duplicates already in your bar can be merged from the web dashboard. Plus: food areas count in items, not bottles; attaching a barcode teaches the catalog for everyone; and Lix knows about all of the above.

Hands-free counting you can talk over Say a number and it lands. Whole numbers are as fast as decimals now, one voice speaks at a time, and "stop" means stop. Conversation near the phone is no longer mistaken for a count. A phone call mid-count no longer loses your place, and Lixor keeps talking to you while the count saves. When you finish, the summary comes back as one sentence. Variance that tells you what it found Variance reports now say it in plain words: what was poured, what was sold, and what is missing, with one threshold deciding red or green. Recipes map to your bottles automatically, even when the POS spells a name differently, so variance works on your real menu without setup. Mobile and web read the same numbers. Receiving, cleaned up Receiving is one list. Scan an invoice, pick camera or photos, and the scanner waits for you. Receiving the same invoice twice now asks first. Bottle types that mean something Pick a bottle type from a list instead of typing one. Filter chips roll up their sub-types, so "Whiskey" shows bourbon, rye and scotch together. Areas can be Mixed, and every area type is offered wherever you create one. Your night, as a night The sales chart draws only the hours you are open, and a night belongs to the night it was poured. Last night reads as last night the following afternoon. Plus: offline counting answers from Lix, area photos set from the phone, a close button on the tutorial player, and a scanned bottle now arrives with the cost left for you to set.
