Great POS Platform

This platform is absolutely astonishing when it comes to the level of technology involved in creating a professional aesthetic for my client payment dynamic. The CPOS Pay platform is very simple to use, and I would recommend it to all my family, friends and colleagues and is much better than the competition. I adore the tap to pay feature, which very prevalently used today. I feel like I am doing better in my business with technology that is so up-to-date.

The worst payment processor experience I have had to date. They are legitimately holding close to 8000 for 120 days. They refuse to release my funds and claim high risk. The funds are being held for a dispute from a separate business not related to this business however the funds from this other business were verified and confirmed product received directly via signed document, photos & even a direct phone call from cpos with my customer on the separate business. They decided to not only take funds from this account, but also charge me a $500 investigation fee, on top of the processing fees. I am unable to refund my customers on the separate business and now am forced to have my customers file disputes and report the transactions

This is a great app fees are low and turn around is fast. I really love the fact where I don’t have to personally cash the money out. It automatically goes to my account after so many days it stated that the first payout would take up to seven days. I had my money within 72 hours for a small company they are awesome. I definitely would recommend.
