本アプリは、うつ病（PHQ‑9）、不安障害（GAD‑7）、外傷後ストレス（PCL‑7）、双極性障害（MDQ）の４種類の国際標準スクリーニングテストを、スマホ上で数分以内に回答できるメンタルヘルス支援ツールです。質問は１画面１問のカード形式で表示され、スワイプまたはタップで直感的に回答が進みます。テスト終了後は合計点と重症度レベルを自動判定し、色付きアイコンと簡潔なコメントで結果を提示。さらに過去の測定結果をタイムラインに時系列で保存し、日付別・テスト別にスコア推移をグラフ化して可視化します。診察時に役立つよう、PDF・画像形式でのレポート出力や家族・医師との共有リンク機能も搭載(未実装)。データは端末内暗号化とローカルパスコードで保護され、バックアップ用にiCloud／Google Driveとの同期も選択できます(未実装)。日々のメンタル状態を「見える化」し、変化の早期発見と適切な受診行動を後押しする――それが本アプリのミッションです。
