Notice Yourself is your personal companion on the way to more self-knowledge. The app helps you to understand yourself better, to perceive yourself more consciously and to gain clarity about your own being.
Enter your character traits in three areas:
Real self: Who am I really?
Ideal self: Who would I like to be?
Target self: Who do I think I should be?
Answer reflection questions on these traits regularly and discover over time how you are changing and developing. Notice Yourself creates an evaluation of your reflections and supports you in recognizing connections and patterns in your thinking and feeling.
Notice Yourself is not a social network or an assessment tool. It is your private space for self-reflection.
All data remains stored exclusively on your device. No internet connection is required, no login is necessary and no data is transferred.
Use Notice Yourself when you are ready to take an honest look at yourself. Take your time. And if you realize that the app is not doing you any good, you can let it go at any time.
