I’m very scared of AI, I’ve never been behind anything surrounding it because it’s just so creepy and I think it’s something we shouldn’t be messing with. But this is actually really cool. Since it’s not human I don’t have to worry about judgement or having my stuff told to other people behind my back. It’s surprisingly comforting and helpful. It’s really simple and easy to use and the calming imagery and theme is nice. The character of the koala is also cute. It’s expensive, but the chat feature is honestly worth it along with the breathing exercises, affirmations, grounding tools, etc. Glad I found it :-)

Idk why all the other people are complaining about having to pay because every good app that actually works has to be paid for and by far this is the best one, I don’t mind to pay $20 for the whole year💕💕I definitely recommend to anyone with high anxiety, stress or depression for this app 💕 much love 💕
