This release turns Peraxion into a single hub for running your entire property. You can now message your guests in real time. With Live Guest Chat you can take over any conversation from the AI whenever you want and hand it back with a single tap, while suggested replies help you respond far more quickly. Your team stays just as organized: add staff, define your own roles, and set view and manage permissions separately for every module, so everyone sees only the screens they're responsible for. Room service and housekeeping requests can now be tracked as they happen. Assign incoming requests to staff, update their status, and browse past requests in a clean paginated list. The redesigned dashboard brings guest count, response success rate, satisfaction, and document statistics together on one screen, alongside hourly activity and topic breakdown charts. Training your assistant is easier too. Upload documents, activate or deactivate them, transfer them to your assistant, and follow publish status (Ready, Processing, Failed) in real time. You can review the questions your assistant couldn't answer and train it by writing the correct reply, and edit its name, description, and behavior instructions right inside the app. Create and scan QR codes so guests can reach your assistant in seconds. The app now supports 10 languages: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, and Chinese. We also rebuilt the menu and navigation, added loading animations across every screen, refreshed the password reset flow with a "remember me" option, made session handling more secure, added automatic chat list refresh, and fixed a long list of UI and localization issues.
