Find something to do. Find someone to go with.
Want to meet new people, make friends, or simply have someone to share an experience with? Venlig brings people together through real-life activities, shared interests, and local meetups.
Whether it's grabbing a coffee, going for a walk, attending a concert, working out, or arranging a playdate for the kids, Venlig helps you find people who want to do the same things as you.
How Venlig works:
• Find local meetups – Discover activities created by people nearby, from casual coffee meetups to sports, games, and cultural experiences.
• Discover things to do – Explore public events, concerts, workshops, and other experiences in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg. Find something interesting and invite others to join you.
• Create your own meetup – Choose an activity, pick a place and time, and invite others to participate. You decide who your meetup is for.
• Find your kind of people – Filter activities by interests, distance, age, and other preferences. Look for kid-friendly, pet-friendly, or social anxiety-friendly activities.
• Connect before meeting – Every meetup has its own group chat, making it easy to coordinate and break the ice before you meet in person.
Real connections, not just conversations.
Venlig isn't a dating app, and it's not about collecting followers or likes.
It's about doing things together.
We believe friendships grow through shared experiences. Sometimes all it takes is a cup of coffee, a conversation, or a shared laugh with someone new.
There's no pressure to make lifelong friends. Just show up, enjoy yourself, and see where things go.
Made for everyone.
Whether you're new in town, looking to expand your social circle, finding activities for your family, or simply hoping to meet someone who shares your interests, there's room for you on Venlig.
Free to use. Real people. Real experiences.
Be part of something real. Be Venlig.
The app seems to rely on people making their own meet ups that people can choose to join, and if theres no events the app seems empty, confusing to be a new user seeing nothing to interact with
Developer Response
Hi!You are completely correct. Right now the app is focused on rolling out in Denmark, where there is plenty of events. I am very sorry for the bad review, since it is not promoted at your location just yet.I hope you have a great day either way.
