今天在答辩现场，看到答辩秘书使用的过程中，有一些卡顿的情境。针对这些情境，结束后立刻做了优化，主要调整如下：
-最近时间记忆：底部第四个快捷按钮可自动复用上一次真实开始计时的时长，多轮答辩/路演切换更高效。
-铃声状态外显：主界面右下角直接展示当前选中的铃声简称或静音状态，做到“所见即所听”。
-交互链路收敛：点击铃铛直接唤起提醒音列表，“无声音/静音”选项整合成列表第一项，操作更符合直觉。
-秒数微调：主数字右侧（秒分段）现已支持上下滑动独立调节秒数，采用独立循环模式，满足非整分场景的精准设置。
