I had tried a basic sleep video recorde before, but all it really did was capture random clips of sleeptalk without helping me understand what was actually going on. With Tideflow, the sleep video feature works together with sleep cycles tracking and something like a daily sleep iq score, so you can actually see patterns instead of just recordings. I also started using the sleep stream feature when I couldn’t relax at night, and it helped me sleep way faster than just lying there scrolling my phone. The spiritual sleep therapy sessions were another surprise because they helped calm my mind before bed. I’ve tested apps like sleepmapper before, but this one explains your sleep cycles in a way that makes sense. After a few weeks I noticed less sleeptalk and my mornings feel way less foggy.
