I was very happy with the game itself, the amount of ads is very annoying! Distracting from the gameplay!Then when I purchased a season pass & the season was over & I tried to collect on my bonus points, the game stalled & would not go any further. I tried several different ways to contact support but was ignored completely! I suggest playing a similar game from a different company if you plan on being able to truly enjoy your experience, this company will only ignore you & frustrate you.I wouldn’t recommend playing this game or any others this company put out on the market 🤬🤬

This is a super fun game and I really wish I could give it a 5 star because I love it. It’s engaging my brain and the difficulty is just right, not so easy it’s boring, and not so hard it’s frustrating. However I only gave 3 stars because there are constant connection errors to the game server. I have to reload multiple times and I know it’s not my problem because my other games run smoothly with no issue. If there’s no connection errors this would be a perfect game to keep forever.

I do love the game play but am annoyed with the amount of ads and further more how long they last. I bought the ad free pack to stop the forced ads but the higher you go the more you have to watch to get past levels.Recently I was experiencing lag on my iPad. I was reviewing my storage and saw this game was taking up about double the app size in the data/files part of the storage. I was like it often lags after playing a bit and so maybe purging some of that would help. Apple doesn’t allow you to clean the cache and so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It started me back at the beginning. I restored purchases and that put the no forced ads back in place but all progress is gone. I contacted support about 72 hours ago and nothing still. So now I am out the money for a game I don’t feel like restarting and support is MIA. They say they publish 250 games per their site and 24/7 support but doesn’t seem like it. Seems silly as this day and age to save progress locally only. The site even talks about all the analytics they do based on play.

While the game is fun however, I’m not thrilled with the fact that I’m wasting my time playing pixel escape and not seeing the final rewards credited . It’s happened several times and there’s no way to contact support in the game . I had to come on here to find a way to contact someone and even after going to the site and sending a message I received not one response from anyone . So I deleted the game because I don’t have time to play games where these developers seems to want you to spend $ but can’t be bothered with resolving issues, responding to inquiries about issues or even making it easier to contact them. It’s clear that $ is their only concern.
