I just left a networking event and trying to scan my cards into dot but the app keeps freezing on me. Any suggestions.

Bought the band love the feel and comfort of wearing it all day. Tap to share is more like hover slowly to find the sweet spot but once you do it is great for networking. However, DO NOT buy the subscription. I did and it said payment was successful and nothing happened. I got charged for it. Contacted customer support and informed them about it. After many emails back and forth. Screenshots showing I paid for it and it clearly stated it was successful that there was an error processing the data to restart app or contact customer support. Did all the above and restarted my phone. What did dot customer support do? Absolutely NOTHING!! No refund or credit. They just said unsubscribe and resubscribe. Definitely unsubscribed but didn’t resubscribe because I refuse to pay twice. Just beware!!!
Love the dot band / App is abysmal

I like the dot band, it makes it easier to connect with people and I’m connected with probably 15 people since I bought it. However, in the app, it shows zero connections from the last three months. Doesn’t show me anyone, even though I’ve gone to many networking events and connected with people who needed my help. Extremely frustrating, like at that point I’d rather just give them a business card if the technology isn’t gonna work. It’s kind of the whole point of the band is to have an app that you can track who you’ve connected with. The developers absolutely dropped the ball with this and I probably won’t use the band going forward.

The Dot Cards app is just as amazing as their products. This is by far the most reliable and easiest way to share and collect contact information.
