Not quite 2 months into my membership and I am blown away. I’ve been really impressed with the Haven app/membership. The content is remarkably thoughtful, well-organized, and genuinely full of power and at the same time ease. The app itself is easy to use, and the membership offers incredible value with loads of research backed resources that are practical, and beautifully presented. It’s both professional and makes you feel as though you’re sharing a living room with the guide Vanessa. If you’re looking for a reliable place to invest in your healing and feel supported, Haven is absolutely worth it. It’s obvious Vanessa, the founder, has poured every ounce of her heart, mind and soul into this and it’s incredibly supportive to my healing journey. I’m really grateful I found Haven.

I’m new to this program, but not new to nervous system support modalities. I’ve been a part of many support programs, but this app is very user friendly and digestible especially for people who are in overwhelm. It has many modules for different levels of support and the community aspect is really wonderful. Vanessa has provided many recordings to listen to whenever you might need hope and support through the day and her voice is very relaxing to listen to. I recommend this program if you’ve been on the fence about joining, I am very impressed so far.

I am so deeply grateful for this membership as it is the greatest support on my healing journey.
