What an amazing opportunity Californians now have to be invovled the prediction game! For years we have watched from afar while most of the country had the freedom to take part in having a part in sporting events everyday. But now, with Draft Kings fans have the opportunity to seamlessly and easily take part in feeling like the are a part of the truest form of fandom through wagering and gamifying the sports community!
Misleading Promotions And Terrible Customer Service, Scummy Behavior

I participated in the opening night NBA 3 point shootout promotion and I read the fine print of the terms and conditions for a while to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. Opening night rolls around and I traded $10 on all 3 games to be eligible for the promotion. They shoved a bunch of profit boosts into my account, and I applied them to those trades without hesitation because they shove it down your throat. I was told that I would be eligible for the promotion because even though the contracts sometimes round down below $10 exactly, a customer service rep told me I would still be eligible. Well fast forward 24 hours and they never gave me my promotional dollars, and told me I applied profit boosts and to basically go screw myself. They did nothing to fix the situation and didn’t care that their promotion was misleading and scammed a loyal customer, I will never give them another dollar.
Interface is too slow and clunky

While I like the no bs presentation of the odds, for something like 5 and 15 minute prediction market betting the interface is way too slow and clunky. Purchasing a bet share requires you to tap the side, enter the number, and then slide left to right at the bottom of your screen to confirm. However if the odds change by even a percent the slider will reset until you tap to confirm a new price. This will often lock you in to a position you wish to sell, until it is far too late to do so without experiencing significant losses. Compared to other prediction apps like Kalshi or Polymarket, the interface is not well designed to make a user feel in control, and leads to some very frustrating losses that would have been prevented on these other apps.
