When I first downloaded the app, I was pleasantly surprised with the UI/tracking system (Seeds, Gear, Eggs, Cosmetics, and Event items). However, it didn’t take long to find out (unfortunately after purchasing pro version) that this app has a connection issue and does not send notifications while app is in background/closed. This NEEDS to be fixed or else the app is mostly-pointless. When you open the app you are spammed with 25+ notifications about what’s in stock, but you do not receive these when the app is closed. When I noticed this issue I joined the discord channel for support, but quickly left due to some sketchy and inappropriate channels(especially for a kids game) within the app’s discord. Not a good look. Also, when you purchase pro and go to the pro perks page the rarity buttons are all messed up and click/unclick rarity levels you do/do not want notifications for. Please fix this and also add the option to select filter specific seeds/items notifications instead of just by rarity levels. I know it sounds like I’m bashing but I do think this has great potential and would like to use this as my main seed tracker but it’s core mechanic(sending notifications when items drop while app is closed) is broke.

We want to address the points you raised directly: 1. Background/Closed App Notifications: Thank you for the report. I have replicated the issue, and it is on track to be fixed. This is not the intended behavior, and we are treating this as our highest priority fix. Our team is actively working to resolve this and ensure notifications are delivered reliably in real-time, and I aim to push an update with the fix as soon as possible. 2. Pro Perks Rarity Button Bug: Thank you for flagging this. I have not yet replicated the issue with the buggy rarity buttons on the pro perks page but we will continue to try and a fix for this will be included once we have replicated the issue. We apologize for the frustration this has caused after your purchase. 3. Item-Specific Notifications: This is an excellent suggestion. We agree that giving users the ability to filter notifications for specific seeds and items would be a huge improvement over only filtering by rarity. We have officially added this feature to our development roadmap.
