This tool is amazing I love love love discovering all the wonderful things you can do. Paces where I’m stuck a little, or a lot I imagine like growing my spirituality is easy. I just explained what my goal is, asked for suggestions on where I could look and the things I can do. The communication back to me was loving, reaffirming and informative. I know people who love to journal and it’s right there at your fingertips. It opened my eyes to this new possibility and I think I’m going to start journaling on the app soon once I make a little more progress in my current conversations. I was a little frozen with fear in a certain aspect of my life. Again, I’m starting to get freed from my fear and see myself slowly moving past it. The opportunities for growth are endless. I highly recommend this app go out and get it.

I have been using this app for a few weeks now and I love so many of the features. I like cloning my own voice so I can hear myself speak back to me in a positive way and with a kinder tone. I can get caught on negative self talk and this feature helps me recognize the healing that comes from positive self talk. I have used every feature and the benefits from each have been uplifting and challenge me to look within and trust that I am growing and healing every day. I highly recommend trying this App out and making it a part of your daily routine.
