Life'sWork offers Yoga services to support living well to help you build your capacity to breathe deeply, move freely, labor lovingly and live vibrantly. Whether it’s on the mat, in an aerial silk, or a comfortable chair, we'll meet you there to support your self care. We'll help you breathe, move and rest your way to deeper self-awareness, compassion and authentic connection.
We offer practices for all experience levels and specialize in customization and adaptation. We want to support those practitioners who want a more personal approach, without the gym-vibe, or intimidation of larger studios.
Our small class sizes and abundant, generous props facilitate deep self-care and authentic connection with self and others. Our team of wellness practitioners offer private and semi-private treatments, practices, and workshops rooted in yoga philosophy, including sound healing, energy restoration, personal training, grounding therapy, yoga movement therapy and somatic coaching.
Community practice is the perfect compliment to a personal practice of yoga, to build confidence and competence in doing life. Life’sWork Yoga is committed to supporting you in intentional self-care to re-discover ease in authentic alignment, rooted in compassion.
If you serve as a wellness practitioner or wish to serve in the wellness practice, join us to enhance your credentials, expand your client base or earn continuing education credits by studying with us at Life’sWork Yoga! Explore training for your own personal enrichment, choose a certification program to expand your credentials, or invest in an apprenticeship to build your subject knowledge and professional integration skills.
Come as you are to practice in our semi-private studio in Frederick, MD or join virtually via Zoom. The only "requirement" is that you breathe. Everything else is optional!
