I love the game and all, but I’m having an issue with it. When he goes to an ad my phone black out. I don’t know what’s going on with that. This is the same game that I had to uninstall it and reinstall it., And when I reinstalled it, I lost all my gifts and whatever else that you get playing this game? I need the developer to get in touch with me. ASAP!

So I really enjoyed this game until I got past about level 100. I will push on the watch ad to get extra coins and then it glitches out freezes and then goes to a black screen so I never get the points. Not to mention, I have watched ad after ad to clear a path on the rods because the color that comes up is at the very bottom of the yarn, which makes absolutely no sense because you can’t ever get to it without watching 1 million ads so I’m not sure if this was by design but it’s to the point I don’t wanna play the game anymore. I get it. I don’t mind watching ads to support your game, but have the algorithm and the way the yarn is picked and sorted matching a little better than having them on the bottom of the object. It doesn’t give much design to the game and makes it frustrating. I really hope this gets fixed so I don’t have to delete the game, but I guess there’s always another one out there.

The amount of ads you need to watch in order to pass levels is actually insane. It completely takes away from the fun of the game as it is a literal constant interruption. Play for 60 seconds and then need to watch a 90 second ad in order to be able to continue. And that process repeats ~5 times a level. Don’t even get access to the level as a whole until you’ve used 400 coins (takes absolutely forever to obtain those) or watch 2 ads. Then continue watching ads to pass the levels because you have to have those boosters in order to pass. Ridiculous and downright greedy. Replying they’re “fixing the problem”, but that won’t be happening. Do yourself a favor and download an app that focuses on customer experience.

Look I love a challenging game but this is ridiculous. If I refuse to watch any ads it takes me 20+ tries to beat a level. It’s absolutely impossible to win any given level without watching some ads or using tools. And you don’t get coins or tools fast enough. The yarn colors don’t change when you restart a level so that’s a plus. But you need to be able to memorize where like 100 colors are and for the first 10 tries to beat a level you’re just guessing which color might be where. So you either get lucky or you lose 500 times in order to figure out what color is where
