Just set a timer before your activity, and if you don’t check in before time’s up, your selected trusted contact will be alerted.

How it works
• Start a tymr before your activity
• Choose a contact you trust
• Get a reminder before your timer expires allowing you to check-in or extend
• If you don’t check in on time, your contact gets an SMS alert
