Meet Milo, the money app built around your paycheck. Connect your accounts once, and Milo handles the rest: building a custom budget, mapping out your goals, and telling you exactly what to do with every dollar the moment you get paid.
No spreadsheets. No guessing. No winging it.
Milo is for people in their 20s who want their money sorted without turning it into a second job. You tell Milo your goals. Milo tells you how to hit them. That's the deal.
Try Milo free. No credit card required.
Key features:
• Payday Routine: The moment your paycheck hits, Milo shows you exactly how much to move to bills, savings, and each of your goals. You have 24 hours to make the transfers, then the window closes until next payday.
• Safe to Spend: See exactly how much you can spend today without touching your bills or savings. Guilt-free spending, finally.
• Goal Timeline: Pay off debt, build an emergency fund, save for a trip — Milo calculates when you'll hit each goal based on your real numbers, and updates the timeline as you make progress.
• Bill Tracking: Every upcoming bill, automatically detected and factored into your plan. No more surprise charges wrecking your week.
• Full Financial Picture: Link your checking, savings, and credit cards to see everything in one place. Milo keeps it all synced automatically.
• Made for Gen Z: No finance jargon, no corporate energy, no judgment. Just a clear plan from an app that gets how you actually live.
Milo currently works with US financial institutions only.

I’ve always been in search of an app that would allow me to connect not only my bank, but also my credit cards!! Super happy to have found one and can’t wait for the features to expand. Question though: for the “safe to spend” feature, is that number based on the income coming in? Like I wish I could explicitly set “hey, this is my job’s deposit” so that I know this number is accurate. Also, an FAQ section would be helpful!

this app was perfectly fine before this update showed you you’re spending habits on categories showed you how much balance you have left your safe to spend during the week and I’ll all of that is under a paywall now. That’s why we can never have nice things. people are always trying to take money from people. I really hope other companies look at this and just realize that why do you have to pay for everything and why is it a monthly subscription it’s not fair you’re supposed to be proactively trying to change your spending habits, but the only way to change that is by spending more money on an app that’s supposed to help you and this app does not do as much as other apps

Hey, thanks for the honest review. We didn't set out to be another app charging you to fix your spending. We heard the feedback, and feedback and rolled back those changes so your favorite features are free again. We'd love for you to give it another try and let us know what you think.

Update: Apple Card is now supported! Definitely my favorite finance app.I’ve had this app for about a month now and it’s been great so far. It’s far from perfect, but the creators have always been pretty responsive and have informed me that Apple Card is in the works. I have tried other finance apps, but nothing is this simple. Definitely give this app a shot if you’re interested in setting up your life :)

Thank you so much for the kind review! Apple Card was one of our most requested features, and we're glad it's finally in your hands. If there's anything else you'd like to see, just send us an email and we'll look into how we can make it happen. Thanks for being a part of Milo!

The premise of the app started that they wanted to help you save check your spending and all with out paying for extra add ons and that’s how the app started I would give it five stars but now since this new update 2 days ago I now have to pay a subscription for something that was free literally last week. It’s just upsetting I found a great app that had so many advantages for free unlike these other apps that make you pay for every little thing to be more financially responsible has now changed to be one of the same 😔
Developer Response
Hey, we heard this feedback a lot recently, and we decided to change those paid features back to free again, so it's back to what you originally had (plus some bonus features since then). We'd love for you to give it another shot and let us know what you think.
