I’ve been using Jamie for over a year and it’s honestly the best note-taking app I’ve ever used. I tested a bunch and nothing else comes close. I love that I can record in-person meetings, and even put a call on speaker and capture it right from my phone using the app. The summaries are super useful, it pulls out to-dos automatically, and it’s just really easy to use.What I like most is that it’s not intrusive… a lot of other apps add a “caller” or announce themselves in meetings, which feels clunky. Jamie just quietly records the sound, and it even works perfectly with my AirPods. I can go back through the transcript, fix names, and the changes sync everywhere. I can tag voices too so it shows who’s talking.It just works the way you’d want it to. Simple, accurate, no extra noise, and honestly makes my job way easier. I couldn’t imagine doing my work without it now.

As a coach, this is a total game changer for me! I am able to take a few notes, but Jaime rounds out them really well and summarize things so I can focus on asking deep questions. Jaime is truly an amazing assistant. I used the desktop version and am super pumped to have this version on my phone as well.

As a sole proprietor consultant, keeping good records of my meetings is critically important and I don’t have anyone to delegate record-keeping to. Jamie has been a godsend. It’s easy and usually very accurate. It also avoids the weird, intrusive virtual assistant who shows up randomly in meetings. Highly recommended!

I use this in the office when I’m dealing with so many tasks. I turn it on and it records the room. I’m in the trucking business so it gets crazy. Jamie follows everything and catches things i didnt catch earlier so I don’t miss things. Best note taker I’ve ever used.
