Another Dock gives you a second dock — elegant, efficient, and intuitive — without disrupting your current setup. It helps you work faster by putting what you use most just a click away. Quickly access your favorite apps, folders, files and links with ease.
===============
Why do I need Another Dock?
The macOS Dock can quickly run out of space and disappears when apps are maximized. If you often find the built-in Dock’s position too limiting, Another Dock is a great choice. It gives you the flexibility to pin anything you need and keep it accessible at all times.
With Launchpad removed in macOS 26, Another Dock lets you keep more of your favorite apps at hand — no more digging through a cluttered list.

Trouble when laptop connects to dual monitors
iammichaelscarn
This is a gorgeous app, and I still give it 5 starts for sure. My only qualm: dock has trouble opening and disappearing when I connect my M3 Pro onto my dual monitors. Fix is easy— just quit the up and open, again, but it is a bit tedious.
Developer Response
Thank you so much for the kind words!Sorry for the late reply, I’ve been a bit busy recently.I think the multiple monitors issue should have been fixed in some previous version. I'll double-check to see if there's anything I missed. If it still happens, you can press Command + Shift + H (the default hotkey to show or hide the dock) to force the dock to relocate without restarting the app.
What a great, simple add-on dock. I love it

The only thing I haven’t figured out yet is HOW do you make the dock change to horizontal. When it first opened it’s been vertical but I’d also like to have the option to change it to horizontal.
Developer Response
Thank you for your kind words! I’m glad you’re enjoying the app.In the latest version(1.3.1), a Horizontal option has been added. You can change the Dock orientation in Settings → Appearance, where you can switch between vertical and horizontal layouts.Hope this helps, and thanks again for the support!
So good! I never knew I needed this

EDIT: I am dumb and I did not realize the dock can be moved up & down! Would be great if there was an option to hide the dock icon (not a deal breaker)
Developer Response
Thanks for liking it! The dock icon can be hided, just right-click the dock, go to Settings, and uncheck “Show Another Dock in system dock”.
- Added an option to control icon hover effects (Settings > System > Show Icon Hover Effects)
- Fixed several UI issues
