99 Plates helps with the question that comes up every single day: what should I cook tonight? Instead of deliberating, you spin the roulette, and the app sets a cover for exactly one dish from your own collection — with a photo, the cooking time, and everything you need.
If you like the suggestion, a single tap drops it onto a day of your week, so your weekly plan comes together almost on its own, without clicking through endless lists.
You keep your recipes in one tidy place, with photos, ratings, ingredients and notes. You can filter by category, cooking time, difficulty or tags, and search directly when you already know what you are in the mood for. Ingredient amounts scale automatically to the number of servings you need.
Recipes you find on the web go straight into your collection with the import: paste a link and you are done. 99 Plates also turns copied text or a photo of your cookbook into a cleanly structured recipe — and the recognition runs entirely on your device. Three imports are free; with 99 Plates Pro you import without limits.
Tags let you organise your collection the way you think — by cuisine, occasion or diet. The app suggests your existing tags as you type, and the filter brings back any recipe in seconds.
