Tell your coach what's weighing on you, and together you'll build a wheel of twelve true statements — your own words, not canned affirmations — that gently bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be emotionally. As each statement lands, it fills a wedge of the wheel, so you can literally watch your perspective shift one honest step at a time. By the end, you can see the path you just created. It's your thinking, made visible.
