A place for your tasks, projects, and daily plan. Anchor organizes your day around focus blocks. Group tasks into a block, give it some time in your calendar, and work through them at your own pace. When plans change, move things around. CAPTURE YOUR TASKS Type a task as it comes to mind. Use Smart Dates to add a date as you type, or open Quick Entry with a keyboard shortcut while you're working in another app. Choose a project and get back to what you were doing. KEEP PROJECTS ORGANIZED Keep related tasks in projects. Add dividers to separate sections, notes to hold the details, and three urgency levels to show what needs attention. Drag tasks into the order that works for you, or select several to move them together. PLAN WITH FOCUS BLOCKS Drag tasks into a block alongside your calendar events. Switch between day, week, and month views, and set up repeating blocks for the regular parts of your week. Open Focus mode to work through one block at a time. Move unfinished tasks forward when you need to. PICK UP ON YOUR IPHONE Your tasks, projects, and focus blocks sync through your iCloud account. Start on your Mac and continue in Anchor on your iPhone. CONNECT YOUR ASSISTANT Anchor's optional local MCP server lets compatible AI assistants read and manage your tasks and schedule while Anchor is running. You can enable it in Settings.
