It’s 1 free chapter a day.. I am loving a few of the books but honestly after I Finnish the current book I’m uninstalling the app (if there are several books I could see maybe paying for a week or possibly month membership once but not regularly imo there are better free options though my library’s online services. Overall I would give maybe a 3 star rating tops. I feel like I’ve came across better paid by chapter type book apps

This app is somehow charging me for a VIP subscription, using my debit card through applepay. Yet I do not have a subscription, nor did I ever approve of being charged! I have had 3 transactions post to my bank account and no way to stop them because I don’t have a subscription!!! Apps support team claims they can’t find a subscription for the account I messaged them through so they think I’m being charged via a visitor account which shouldn’t even be possible!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! Seems they have a way to charge you via Apple wallet just by downloading their app to read a couple free pages. Then they claim to not be able to find an account to stop the charges. All the while disputing the charges with them you will still be charged continuously each week even though you didn’t approve to be charged in the first place!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!
Can’t cancel subscriptions

You subscribe to the weekly subscription but then have to email them to cancel it and they NEVER cancel it. So then you have to dispute charges to bank and provide proof of emails requesting to cancel as well as getting a new card while waiting on the disputes to be investigated. There’s no way to buy coupons to be able to continue reading the books so you have to wait until the next day and earn more coupons to be able to read so it takes forever to get through a book. For those that don’t wanna subscribe because of the issue with canceling, you should be able to buy coupons. The stories are good so far the issue is being able to purchase coupon coupons or cancel current subscriptions.

I finished reading the books I wanted and decided it was time to cancel. I’ve now been trying to cancel my subscription for over two weeks and they will not answer emails or feedback in the app, I have send 3 of each. There’s nowhere in the app or App Store to cancel as it does not show up as a subscription. I now have to call my bank to stop being charged weekly. Completely unprofessional.
