Dhyana turns classic Schulte training into quick, timed focus and reaction drills. Warm up before studying, take a purposeful break from work, or see how quickly you can find every target in order.
ONE SIMPLE RULE, MORE WAYS TO TRAIN
• Content: numbers or letters for a different visual search rhythm.
• Rules: ascending, descending, or Shuffle, where the board rearranges after each correct tap.
• Boards: classic grid, irregular, and wheel — same rules, different feel.
• Difficulty: start with 3×3 and 4×4, take on the classic 5×5, then explore larger boards.
