I love this app, I love how deep you get with things but as of last night I can’t use NightFall anymore, and I have paid so I could be able to use it and I’m kinda disappointed because I really enjoy this app and it’s not like the subscription is that cheap, it’s worth the money but I wanna be able to use all the perks of having the subscription not just be limited especially since I like to make different characters and stuff and I like using the NightFall mode the most also wish the nightFall mode gave longer texts and quicker responses but overall I love the app it’s why I paid for the subscription please get this fixed!

I do enjoy some of the new features to the 2. 0 update like the fact you can add more characters to on chat your already doing. But whenever I try to go through my older character chats I had already started it doesn’t show up. I noticed some show one by one if I delete another character I click by mistake or just want to delete one I already started in general. I’m also having difficulty when I try to see the description of my own characters I already posted and made public. I don’t know if that’s how it’s supposed to work or if there’s a bug going on. Also some character’s descriptions from other users that were made public before is also hard to see now even if it’s published for the public to see.I still enjoy using this app but because of these issues it’s kinda getting annoying if I want to start a new chat and I’m unable to see the description of a character even if it was made public. Or the fact that I have to delete some of my chats in order to see my older ones that I have started before.

I just wanted to voice my opinion on the free tier thing that is getting removed on the 15th. I know a lot of people are on discord/reddit but I still wanted to put in my insights because of how much I enjoyed this app. ( it’s actually so funny I downloaded it this week and thought “wow this is amazing! This might the best story line I’ve even done… I hope this app stays like this forever!” Welp.. little did I know 😭. But on a serious note.. why don’t we add ads..? something like how a bunch of them have(ai platforms)? YEAH it’s annoying but I rather that than limited messages. I just think removing the free tier as a whole is a terrible idea. Most of your user base used it BECAUSE OF THAT . A lot of us aren’t gonna pay just to use ai and it shouldn’t be forced. If it’s gonna be a payed app…then just make it an app you have to pay for in the App Store to buy in the beginning when this app was launched. This is just stupid. ( in all honesty) you are loosing half of users… kinda like the other ai app that required your id… cough cough. Another question I have is, is this temporary or permanent? I understand how to use the api key thing and I’m currently using that but it’s NOT THE SAME. The whole 50 messages thing is not enough ( as you can see I write a lot LOL) and for the 1000 messages you have to buy 10 credits ( basically spending 10 dollars which is the same price of buying a month of hangjam pro) and put your credit card. ( don’t recommend) the responses aren’t even good either. They are heavily filtered .The reason I loved this app is because of the role play model Comet and now that’s gone 😕! Please understand I’m not trying to sound mean or ungrateful. I a hundred percent understand that everything is so expensive now and days. But there are other ways that us users that don’t wanna pay can enjoy this app too .. (once again look at other ai platforms that have free tiers ) . ( and if comet comes back free PLEASE KEEP IT THE SAME I LOVED THE RESPONSES ) please listen to your users and really consider our ideas because we want this app to be successful too <3

I definitely enjoy this app, I just recently started using it because I’m sick of character ai and their new invasive policies. However, my complaint is that I’m consistently running into a bug where the character’s messages in the chat literally disappear and I can’t get the bot to respond when it happens. It’s very frustrating because everything else about the app is great, the characters are accurate, the roleplay is good, personas and character customization is perfect, but then I end up having to close the app for a few hours because of the bug.
