This game is fun. Is has a couple glitches but overall I have really enjoyed it. I can’t figure out how to increase my level points to reach 5. I currently have 4 hotels and am about 80-90% to level 5 on all of them. But for the last few days there has been zero movement in my level points. How do I reach level 5 and unlock the next hotel?? Help!

I genuinely love the concept of this game, but it is a total mess of bugs. Every single level breaks your progression. The AI workers are broken; cleaners routinely skip rooms or leave items behind. On the early levels, the staff and guests permanently freeze in place. I was actually forced to completely delete the app and restart the entire game from scratch just to clear those early glitched maps, which wiped out all my hard work because this game refuses to back up to the Apple cloud.Now that I have replayed all the way back up to the Cruise Ship level, I am permanently stuck again. I have expanded the area and built everything available, but the map is just an empty hallway with absolutely zero expansion squares popping up to let me reach the next stage. The game just stops dead without any more guide quests. Do not waste your time watching endless ads for an unplayable, unfinished product that forces you to delete your progress

This game has a lot of potential but needs a lot of work. 1. I started playing this week and noticed the forced ads started popping up every few minutes. Some of the ads never load, forcing you to quit the game and go back in. 2. I’m on level 3 and only 3 points from level 4, but there are no other things to accomplish to get those points so I’m just stuck where I’m at. 3. The new guide quests are great except I’m stuck at “hire a cleaner assistant” because it doesn’t recognize that action.4. The suppliers continue to perform an action even though you’ve already completed it. 5. The new update was supposed to allow you to improve the manager. There is no option to do that still. 5. There are buttons to pay real money to get rid of ads or buy in game rewards, but the buttons don’t have prices and do nothing when you click on them. 6. The cleaners will stop cleaning a room if you’re also cleaning a separate area of that room. I would’ve reported these things to the app developer, but couldn’t find a place to, even on their website.
