• A simpler choice of plans: two instead of three, with the free trial and the yearly saving spelled out. • What KegelX PRO includes is now shown right after setup, instead of waiting to be found.

• See the muscle you're training: a drawing of the pelvic floor lifts as you squeeze and lets go as you release. The timer circle is one tap away. • “How it works”, now illustrated: where the muscle is, which positions to use, what stays relaxed, and the rhythm in motion. • A ? button in every session opens the guide and pauses the workout.

• A proper iPad layout. Training, the paywall and onboarding no longer stretch the iPhone screen across the whole display. • Small fixes and polish throughout.

KegelX has been rebuilt from the ground up. • An eight-week plan that steps up week by week, so you always know what today's session is. • Reverse Kegels — a mode for letting go rather than squeezing, for a pelvic floor that never switches off. • Eyes-off training: leave the screen dark and follow the sounds with the phone in your pocket. • An Apple Watch app that taps out every phase on your wrist. • A weekly check-in that turns control, dryness and firmness into a trend you can actually see. • Start a session with Siri, a Shortcut, or a tap on the widget. • Up to three reminders a day, because two or three short sessions beat one long one. • A new training engine that keeps time even when you leave the app, take a call or let the screen sleep. • Four Kegel programs, from finding the muscle to long endurance holds and fast pulse work. • Diaphragmatic breathing and body scan sessions, guided phase by phase. • A Live Activity that follows every phase on the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island. • A home-screen and Lock Screen widget with your streak and today's goal. • Sessions can be written to Apple Health as mindful minutes or a core workout. • A daily reminder at the time you choose, and a privacy mode that keeps it neutral. • Progress calendar with current and best streaks and per-training statistics. • 34 languages.
