Promise — a new commitment mode Write why you’re blocking before you start. If you try to quit early, you’ll see your own words again — a quiet moment to keep your promise or spend a bypass. Accessibility improvements (larger text support, better tap targets) and polish across Block Now, schedules, and limits.

Cooldown — a new commitment mode Tap End Early and a 5-minute timer starts. Cancel during the wait and your focus session keeps running. Finish the timer and one daily bypass is used. Cooldown is designed around urge surfing: most impulses peak and pass within a few minutes when you pause instead of acting immediately. It sits between Challenges and Passcode on the commitment ladder. Starter profiles on first launch New users now start with three ready-to-use profiles: Deep Work Quick Sprint Wind Down Start your first focus session with one tap. Fixes Home no longer scrolls sideways. Stale blocks left after a device restart now clear themselves on launch.
