I. CUSTOM PORTAL BUILDER A new builder at the end of the ring: twelve slots, filled by hand or rolled at random Tap a slot to open the library as a picker — preview any timescape, then add it to the portal Choosing a timescape locks its slot; tap the lock to open it again Random re-rolls every unlocked slot, so a fresh board is one tap from twelve worlds Up to 24 saved portals, each with its own slide in the ring II. OPEN BEFORE YOU SAVE OPEN runs the board you just built without saving it — the whole portal, at any length the dial allows It is unlimited and it is free. Build a portal, run it, build another Two feet on the builder: OPEN and SAVE, the same two for everyone Keeping a portal is what membership buys. Running one is not III. THE LIBRARY AS A PICKER Choosing is free. The full library, every card, every layer preview, no gate Playing a timescape on its own in Explore stays with membership The action button says what the tap does: add to portal IV. SAVED PORTALS IN THE RING A saved portal gets its own slide, its twelve timescape names orbiting the ring Cover art is drawn from the portal's own contents — the first slot behind, the last inside the ring Timescape art now travels to the ring on demand rather than all at once, so the extra slides cost nothing at launch edit sits under the name and loads the portal back into the builder V. PORTALS ON THE YOGI PAGE Saved portals join breaths and sequences under SAVED, tagged PORTAL Rename, delete, and edit — edit opens the builder with that portal loaded A rename runs the same name checks a save does Portals are keyed internally, so two portals may never collide or overwrite each other by name VI. SEE THE SOUND The rings now pulse with the live synthesis while a session plays Each ring answers one summed band of the spectrum, so the portal you are hearing is the portal you are watching Read from the running audio itself — no second engine, no recording VII. TWO NEW PORTALS MOURNING GROUNDS and SUNSET STREAM — the waypoint pair, built for wake & sleep Both continue the earned ladder at 500 and 600 completed portals, or open now with membership VIII. THE OTHER SIDE Completion has no buttons. It is a place you arrive, not a menu The final timescape stays on screen, the audio rings out rather than stopping IX. SOUND AND FADES The theme now finishes its fade before the ring rests. Launching a portal or Explore used to freeze that fade partway through, leaving the theme sounding under the session Closing Explore fades the timescape out instead of cutting it Timescape names set on two lines no longer crowd the tag line beneath them

# WHAT'S NEW IN OOURGLASS v1.3 OOURGLASS has been substantially rebuilt. This release introduces a new portal architecture, breath and sequence builders, a new session player, synchronized breath timing, membership improvements, and the earned practice ladder. ## I. PORTAL NAVIGATION — A NEW WAY IN * A browsing surface that travels by scroll: breath, sequence, five portals, explore * Ships inside the app and runs offline * A bridge between the web surface and the native session ## II. BREATH BUILDER * Set the inhale, hold, exhale, and hold * A gray-noise sweep follows the configuration for audible cueing * Save a custom breath as a preset ## III. SEQUENCE BUILDER * Pin a breath at the valley and another at the peak * Connect them with linear or curved geometries * Save a custom sequence as a preset ## IV. OPEN PORTAL — NEW SESSION PLAYER * Twelve timescapes end to end, from 12 to 144 minutes, with a tuned chime at every seam * Manifest countdown, session, then a cumulative record * Three sound options: the timescape, music from another app, or silence — the breath layer survives all three * The chime is a generated tingsha at 528 Hz; seams climb a semitone going in, and the opening countdown ladders them back down * Every timescape schedules its layers from its mix weights on each session, so no two playbacks are alike ## V. SYNCHRONIZED CLOCK * The visual breathing figure and audible breath are computed from the same start timestamp * They cannot drift apart — not after an hour, not after a phone call ## VI. MEMBERSHIP * One subscription: OOURGLASS Complete, $8/month, seven days free * Entitlement is now read live from Apple on every check rather than from a local cache * Cancellations, expiries, and refunds land immediately * Restore Purchases reports what actually happened: restored, nothing to restore, or why it failed ## VII. THE EARNED LADDER * The four portals unlock at 100, 200, 300, and 400 completed sessions * Lengths of 24, 36, and 48 minutes unlock at 20, 40, and 60 practiced hours + 60 minutes and beyond remains with membership ## VIII. ADDITIONAL * New app icon, with dark and tinted variants * Type system rebuilt from the mark down, with the app speaking in lowercase throughout * New legal sheet that is readable and whose every link resolves * Explore and all 200+ timescapes remain unchanged
