I saw an ad today and thought.. I need to clean, the house is a disaster, why not try it? I was skeptical of paying the subscription, but now I’m so glad I did! When I tell you I hate cleaning, but I cleaned the ENTIRE house today… and then when I didn’t get as much appreciation as I hoped for, I chatted with the little cat bot on there, and I love it! I even mentioned I didn’t get two things cleaned, and it gave me little tips on how to clean it easily! I love this thing lol. (We’ll see if it’s still clean in a month tho)

The idea behind the app is really good and it has really helped me stay on track with my adhd. However, the coins and diamonds you earn cannot be spent, rendering them completely useless. The Chi cat chat bot goes offline in the middle of writing back and forth with it. It always starts the conversation off by saying something about your day being so/so or bad, even if you rate your day differently. An app glitch has made my pet and the room it’s in completely disappear so the one tiny incentive of earning a gift after completing tasks is also now pointless because I can’t actually see what I earned. Entering routines is cumbersome and the auto routines get really repetitive, making it hard to stay engaged. Ive been using the app several weeks because I really do like the concept but it’s to the point that it’s simply not enough for my adhd.

I bought the annual subscription a while back to talk to Chi, but I never was able to chat with them since they’d always be “napping” despite saying they’re online. A week later I lost access to my premium features, and was asked to pay another more expensive subscription on top of the one I already had active. And with the new update, my progress was randomly reset without warning and I had to go through the whole introduction again. Tried reaching out to developers about these issue, but I never received any response.
