This update brings new tools for your checkout, team and inventory: • Cloud sync (beta): keep orders, products, stock and floor plans in sync across your organization's devices, with an automatic backup before enabling. • Manage your organization and devices, invite team members, and use employee PIN sign-in and permissions. Orders now record the employee who took them. • Floor plans (Pro): create floors and rooms, arrange tables and see which tables are occupied. • Discounts (Pro): apply discounts to an order or individual items, use QR discount codes and set up automatic promotions. • Scan barcodes continuously, adjust quantities and link unknown barcodes without leaving the scanner. • Personalize the checkout screen with a thank-you message, QR code or image, and find settings quickly with the new search. • Open and close cash sessions, reuse product options across your catalog and manage linked products with a clearer view of shared stock. • Identify refunds more easily on receipts and in order history, with a dedicated refund filter. • Share your product catalog via QR code again, directly from the home screen or settings, alongside cloud sync. • Improved account setup, email verification, password reset and account deletion, plus clearer subscription trial information and additional languages. Also includes faster stock insights and order history, more reliable synchronization and printing, and fixes for table selection, amended orders, revenue calculations and exports. Some features require a Pro subscription. Cloud sync is currently in beta.
