Meet the new Mayo. He now lives in 3D, reads your calendar with you, and helps you take one small step toward what matters. • Tell Mayo what matters: add goals in your own words, then change or remove them any time. • One small next step: Mayo suggests a step that fits your free time today and the week ahead. • See your day and week: what is next, the free time before it, and which days look busy or lighter. • Progress you can see: what you have done toward each goal this week, with no streaks and no guilt. • Guided sessions for walking, movement and focus, with pause, shorten, swap and stop, plus a safety stop if something hurts or you feel dizzy. • Quick resets: Mayo can suggest Axis, Still Water or Cosmic Breath when a short game fits the moment. • A quiet insight from your own data in the morning.

"Today" is quieter and more useful. "What is left now" tells you what to focus on: what is next, and what the open time is good for. Your Path icons are larger, heavier, and drawn from the app’s own set.

Mayo now reads your day more clearly, and you can tell him what to keep. Today tab draws your calendar as it actually is: what is happening now, what is next, and how much of the rest is still yours. Insight cards from your own readings: sleep, movement, resting heart, and the openings in your day. Short games that belong to the moment, a walk in an open window, a line to sharpen before something demanding. Remember: tell Mayo something to keep in mind, and drop any one of them when it no longer applies. Remind me: ask Mayo to bring something back at a time you choose. Morning Wisdom you can collect and come back to. Mayo plays your day with you, and now he remembers what you asked him to.
