The app is well put together and has a good combination of activities, mood tracking, and meditations. I am having an issue with the meditations stopping half way through but I’ve opened a ticket and I am hoping this gets resolved quickly. Ryan from support gets 5 stars for helping with my questions. The app is well put together and has a good combination of activities, mood tracking, and meditations. I signed up for 4 weeks, and was billed for 4 weeks. Prior to 4 weeks later, unbeknownst to me, my bank was charged $70. There is nothing on the original receipt to explain how to contact customer support. I replied to a SUPPORT TEAM email I received after the charges I did not agree to and received a reply back of they will contact me in 2 to 3 days. That’s not acceptable. UPDATE: I received an email from Apple and Lumeriol, Inc. suggested I “contact the developer”, and update my review. I have contacted OMNA, despite there being no information as to how to contact them on any of the invoices I did receive for the initial charges for the 4 weeks I agreed to and paid for. I have received no invoice for the unauthorized, greatly inflated charges taken from my bank account, prior to the 4 weeks I had agreed to. I sent an email to customer service clearly stating I did not authorize the charges, cancelling the “supposed” subscription days prior to the end of the 4 week period. Seven days later, I have yet to receive an acceptable resolution or any communication acknowledging what I state. The communications appear to be from a bot. My research into this app and the corporation that owns it, revealed it is less than a year old, not 9+ years as the information about the app indicates. I do not recommend doing business, even signing up for a 4 week trial, with a company that has virtually no customer service, and deceptive business practices.

I signed up because of the AI aspect, which is OK. So far the answers are pretty standard, but it is nice to sort of have a listening ear. My biggest complaint is the app is not working all that well. There are daily tasks but frequently it doesn’t move onto the next day and I have reported this to the feedback loop. I am hopeful that the AI will get better overtime. That is the biggest difference from other mental health apps. I have tried.

I bought a month’s offer to see if I would like it. When I purchased it, a pop up window came up making me think it didn’t go through. Not until I clicked again that it said my purchase when through. I checked my credit card and sure enough, I was charged twice. I emailed asking for a refund for the second and in a serious of (very empathetic) emails, I was told, they couldn’t refund me because of the terms. When I explained again that the second click was misunderstood, they came back and offered 25% refund. That’s when I knew this was a scam and I was probably emailing with a bot. I called my CC company for a full refund.
