There is so much to like here! Love the idea of bringing D&D into the health/fitness world and combining the two in a fun, creative way. There are many who fall into the gamer/nerd category who aren’t usually the first ones to run to the gym to steel their muscles, and I think that’s at least in part to the fact that gym bro culture & the fitness world can be intimidating to people who might not feel super confident about their bodies and/or their physical abilities. This app brings a familiar, nerdy element into the workout space, inviting ESPECIALLY those who might feel like fitness and strength training isn’t for them (cuz let’s be real nerds: a healthy body is for everyone!)I also dig the workouts they selected: simple and effective exercises everyone can do and that will bring results.This app is fun and easy to use. Love the layout and colors. All around great stuff!

This workout app is so fun. Ran to my husband when I rolled a nat20 and showed him. May or may not have yelled NO when I rolled a 1 or any fail. Hearing the story connect with the actual exercises makes it super fun and the time fly by. The fact I can pick my workout time and type of workout based on what equipment I have available is amazing, especially when I travel. Even if you’re not a DnD fan or have ever played, if you’re looking for a good workout based on a cool story that adepts, this is for you.It’s like choose your own adventure for workouts.
