FieldTrack360 is a multi-tenant workforce management platform designed for organizations that manage field employees such as sales representatives, service agents, and mobile teams. Organizations can sign up directly within the mobile app to request access to the platform. Once the organization is approved, administrators must log in to the web-based admin panel to configure their workspace and manage operations. Organization Workflow: - Organizations sign up via the mobile app - Account is reviewed and approved - After approval, administrators access the web admin portal - Employee accounts are created and managed via the web portal only Key Features for Organizations (Web Admin): - Add and manage employees - Define work schedules and company policies - Monitor field operations and productivity through reports Key Features for Employees (Mobile App): - Location-based attendance tracking - Travel distance tracking for reimbursement (TA/DA) - Route history based on visited locations - Location-verified check-ins for meetings and field visits - Task and activity tracking during work hours Location Usage & Privacy: FieldTrack360 collects location data only during working hours to support core features such as attendance, route tracking, travel distance calculation, and location-based verification. Background location is required to: - Ensure accurate distance calculation - Generate complete travel routes - Validate field activity locations Users are clearly informed and must provide explicit consent before enabling location permissions. Location data is used strictly for work-related purposes and not for personal tracking.
