I’ve been looking for a tool that combines all aspects of health and rings does just that. It’s like the app we are all used to but with recaps of your experience working out which is really cool to see. The AI component is huge and what I was trying to do with ChatGPT but found it difficult as I had to manually import data vs rings which has instant access. Now I have a health coach that already understands how I’m doing!
