Performance and stability. • Lighter photo handling — images are resized before they're attached, so adding photos to a shipment, a storage check-in or a KYC document uses far less memory and uploads noticeably faster. This makes the biggest difference on older devices and slower connections, where large captures were the most common cause of a slow or failed upload. • A leaner app overall — we did a full pass over the app's dependencies and removed everything no longer in use, so there is less to download and less running in the background. • General stability improvements throughout. What you pick is what the carrier prices. • A better port picker — search ports by city, and see each port's code and class (seaport, dry port, river port, airport) right in the list, so you never book the wrong "Portland". • Optional express air services, on your terms — turn services on or off after you've searched and watch the total reprice instantly. We also warn you before an envelope booking a carrier may surcharge. • Honest quote results — when a rate source can't be reached, we tell you exactly that instead of showing an empty lane. You can request a quote from our forwarder network in one tap, and nothing is submitted on your behalf unless you ask. • Complete courier details at booking — pickup contact details are now collected up front rather than skipped, so fewer bookings stall on a missing phone number. • Shipping labels that are still being generated now show as pending rather than failed. • Assistant fixes — slash commands run reliably, a part-answered question stays on screen instead of vanishing, and the assistant tells you clearly when something didn't go through. Coverage summaries Ask about a forwarder and get a clear breakdown: rated lane count, where they ship from and to, the modes and load types they handle, their operating regions and the services they offer. Lane coverage checks Check your specific origin–destination pair and see whether it's rated, covered by region, or not covered at all — with covered alternatives listed, and a clear note when a lane is rated but your load type isn't. Shipping method recommendations Get ranked shipping options with the reason behind each one, plus the chargeable weight, volume and container-fill figures behind the top suggestion. Ask instead of answering When the assistant asks you to pick from a list, you can now ask your own question first. The original question stays open, so you can answer it once you have what you need.
