Inviting your people is easier • Right after you create a circle, share the invite with a ready-made message that says what the circle is. • Anyone in a circle can now share its invite straight from the circle, not just the admin, until the first payment is made. • Got an invite before you installed the app? Paste it on the welcome screen to go straight to the circle. Circles start when they're full • Payments open once every seat is filled, so nobody pays into a circle that isn't ready yet. Circles still filling show "Starting soon", and Home reminds you to invite your people. • Admins can lower the member limit in Manage circle to start with fewer people. Smoother setup • Start a circle faster with templates like Rent and Holiday fund. • If you need to verify with Stripe before joining, we keep your invite and reopen it once you're verified. • Stripe verification is now a single step in Settings. • Admins can remind members who haven't finished verifying. • The notifications bell is always on Home. Fixes • The invite screen after creating a circle no longer gets stuck on "Preparing…".

• Clearer payout breakdown: before your turn, you'll now see each deduction from the pot on its own line: the SuSu platform fee, payment processing, payout processing, and the monthly payout account fee. • Updated Terms of Service: payment processing costs are now deducted from the pot at payout, and the $2 monthly payout account fee applies at most once a month. You'll be asked to review and accept the updated Terms when you open the app. • New groups now have a minimum contribution of $25 per member, per round. See your own currency: Amounts now show your local currency next to the US dollar figure your group is set up in, for example $20.00 (≈ £14.81). Rates refresh daily. Groups are still held and paid out in US dollars, so the dollar amount is the one that actually moves. Verification before joining: You now need to finish setting up your payout account before joining a group. Everyone takes a turn receiving the pot, so every member needs to be able to send and receive money before a circle starts. If anything is outstanding, the app tells you exactly what to complete. Clearer fees: The payout breakdown now separates card processing costs for groups outside the US.
