Everything Strong and Hevy charge for is free in Skulpt: Apple Watch, Live Activities, heart rate zones, supersets and 5 set types. No subscription. Ever.
100% free. No subscription. No limits. No catches.
Skulpt is a workout tracker for people who already know how to train — and are tired of apps that charge $70/year for a rest timer.
Every feature. Free. Forever:
— Log any set in one tap: weight, reps, done
— 5 set types: warmup, working, normal, dropset, failure
— Supersets, trisets, circuits, AMRAP
— Auto rest timer between sets
— Apple Watch app with heart rate zones
— Live Activities on your lock screen
— Workout scheduling with reminders
— Progressive overload tracking
— Volume, tonnage, PRs — real numbers
— Sync to Apple Health
— Works 100% offline, no account needed
— Dark mode, home screen widget
What makes Skulpt different from Strong, Hevy, or Fitbod? You get everything without paying. No "upgrade to PRO" walls. No 3-workout trial. No feature gates. Just open and train.
Track anything — barbell lifts, bodyweight, timed holds, cardio with distance. Build any structure — group exercises into supersets, trisets, or circuits. See your progress — volume over time, personal records, training frequency.
Apple Watch shows your current exercise, set count, rest timer, and heart rate right on your wrist. Live Activities keep your workout visible on the lock screen without opening the app.
Available in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Hindi.
If you've been logging workouts in Notes or you're fed up paying for basic features — try Skulpt. It's free. If it doesn't work for you, you've lost nothing.
