Consistency only survives when the process is easy. The Home screen is a today-only checklist: one glance → one tap → done. Minimal friction, maximum action.
Focus on today
Your life changes by what you do today, not by plans “for later.” You can’t scroll into the future—this is a tracker, not a task manager. Become an observer of your repeating patterns during the day and record the outcome in seconds.
Why “Actions” on the Home screen, not “Habits”
A “habit” doesn’t magically appear in 21 days. Real change happens in two steps: awareness (notice the impulse) + choice (act toward your values). That’s why we track actions—clear, verifiable steps you choose every day.
Reinforcements (Meanings)
Sometimes a single idea reshapes behavior for good. The Meanings section helps you capture personal meanings you can revisit whenever you need motivation and the right mindset.
Motivation, quantified
Build two groups of actions:
• Limit easy stimuli: less sugar, less social media, no nicotine/extra caffeine, etc.
• Do meaningful work: workout, read 10 pages, cold shower, language practice, deep work, etc.
The balance of these checkmarks in Statistics becomes a practical proxy for your motivation level. The lift isn’t instant—your body needs time to adapt.
