I wasn’t expecting much when I downloaded this, I often play random games and delete them in a day, I’m so surprised with this one! The story is genuinely really engaging. The main character is so clever and it’s so fun to see her thoughts and for her to use her past life so strategically. Usually with the whole past life trope once the Mc gets revenge the brush over everything else, this game integrates it into the story really well! I found myself laughing a lot and the characters are genuinely so enjoyable! Really really fun. There are a few grammatical and spelling errors that take me out of the game a bit but nothing that makes it unreadable. If anything it catches me more off guard because everything is written fairly well. Some of the language also catches me off guard and I don’t know if this is a translation error or not. We’re in ancient china and the dialogue mostly reflects that until the Mc says smth like “get real!” Or her best friends says “girl!” Really pulls me out. Also, I’m not sure if some of the cutscene art for this is ai 😓 I might just be paranoid but I hope not, if it was I’d have to drop it. It seems like a lot of genuine passion was put into this game so itd really break my heart if the devs were to do something like this. And those are my only complaints! Incredible game, little to no ads, fun gameplay and story, I wish I had more energy so I could keep playing!! (Also, maybe add a log so people could go back to look at pervious stories or events? I’d love to go back and compare how Qui Wan grows!)

Like another review states, honestly surprised with the lack of reviews. I never write reviews unless a game really deserves it and I think this one does. I absolutely love the CONCEPT of merge games but very rarely do they execute the mechanics well. This one does! Most of them allow you to play freely for 5 minutes before you run out of energy and have to pay to continue. But this one perfects the speed of the game and is very generous with coins/energy and events so you can continue playing for quite a while. The events are also very enjoyable and the artistry is beautiful. I hope the developers keep this up, beautiful game!

Kept seeing ads for this game and decided to download it. It’s a lot more fun than I thought it would be! I do wish that some of the “powerups” like no recharge time were able to be controlled so we could choose when to use it. Or at the very least be warned it would be activated before entering the kitchen. I can see myself wanting to play a bit before having to head off somewhere only to find out it’s activated and have it end up going to waste. My only real complaint is that this game does require an internet connection. For me even if my data connection is good everything seems to take forever to load to the point where the game is unplayable until I can connect to wifi.

This game is truly wonderful and fun! The merge game is challenging and engaging— not just repetitive like some merge games. I am so invested in the storyline and obsessed with the beautiful art style of this game and the colorful tea house design options. I appreciate that ads are optional and there are many opportunities to advance without having to invest money unlike some games which are just cash grabs. Lastly, I love all the side challenges that keep the game extra fun and interesting. Thanks for developing such a great game- I feel so lucky to have discovered this gem!
