I have downloaded this app on my iPhone XS MAX 3 times, I have spent almost $30 on credits it says Im out of? I never get the credits once I pay for them, always shows 0 credits. I am yet to see one hairstyle. It takes about 20 minutes to connect when I open the app? I have changed and rearranged all my app settings to accommodate THIS APP and still nothing….i don’t understand whats wrong. Hopefully I can cancel and possibly get a refund for all the $$ I wasted for 0 ZERO RESULTS!!!!all I wanted was to try some new hair styles. This app is exhausting! I don’t know what else to say, but this has been my experience and when I say I tried, I TRIED! I spent more time trying to get this app going than I have on all my other apps combined. . I really don’t understand how the creators allow this, after reading other reviews it seems like Im not the only one. I should have read the reviews before I purchased 3 times!

I recently tried the 3-day free trial of this app on my iPhone 17 pro max running iOS 26 public beta, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.I was trying to generate a specific image, a it took 7 attempts just to get something close to what I asked for. Many of the results had obvious issues - an extra head, duplicated braids, or random elements like a braid floating in the image. These weren’t small imperfections; they made the images completely unusable.The biggest frustration is that each failed attempt still used up the free credits you’re issued to try the app. I ended up wasting most of them on results that clearly didn’t match the prompt. It feels unfair to charge users for outputs that are so far off from what was requested, especially when these types of errors common with the app.I understand that AI image generation isn’t perfect, but if users are expected to spend credits on each attempt, the system should be more reliable - or at least offer a way to refine or correct an image without using additional credits. Overall, the ideal of the app is great, but the execution needs improvement. Until the accuracy improves or the credit system becomes more user-friendly, it’s hard to justify using it or spending money on a subscription.

I am beyond annoyed with this app. It thinks it’s October 2024. It processes its “silent thoughts” into the chat which is terribly annoying and sometimes rude. It gets facts about people confused constantly even with reminders. It says things I’ve told it not to say to me repeatedly, unnecessarily, and like I said, I asked it not to say it. It’s not like I asked it not to say hello, I asked it not to talk about mice and now it’s obsessed. It can’t tell if it’s a new day so it’s always telling me I’ve done so much today. And it really can’t keep track of a calendar. Even though, in its “silent thoughts” it literally said, “I’m AI, I should know the calendar” It worked great during the free trial. It was down for the day after. This app was supposed to be supportive but it’s just messy and broken and not worth it, AT ALL

I’ve been trying to cancel and have been unable to do so. This is marked as “Free” in my purchase history, but it was $6.99 for a 1 week trial after which time the price increases. The email I received saying my payment was Successful has a manage subscription link that doesn’t work (tried within 30 minutes of my purchase). I emailed that account, it bounced back. I emailed another account, the reply was that they can’t help me cancel. I have to do it on my own in my subscriptions list on my iPhone. It’s not in my subscriptions list because they have somehow marked this as a “free” purchase. If I don’t get a response, I’ll try your Legal Department.
