1st try: Within seconds it created an immersive story spoken by a kind women’s voice about my grandsons & I mountain biking in a redwood forest complete with wafts of spruce & cedar breezes crossing my face… she describes how we ride down the mountain forest trail to a campground by the beach, she suggests that I look down to see & feel my grandson’s hands in mine as we walk toward the beach… I’m amazed. That’s one small part of the intertwining flowing story that Vela created in moments from what I entered about the people I love & the activities that we enjoy. It’s not just a mediation it’s a relaxing roadmap to joys to be had. At least that what my 1st try gave me. Thank You Vela. I’m going to try some of the other meditation choices it has now.

Honestly I’ve never been a person that into meditation - and maybe that’s because I hadn’t found something that felt so personalized to me. Until now! Vela feels so familiar and it’s a testament to the app and understanding how to tailor it to your specific needs. I’m loving it so much already and can’t wait to continue to use it and unlock its full potential.
