Honestly I didn't even know exactly what my girl goes through in different phases of her period. Sure wanted me to download Phases to better help me understand and I'll be honest I definitely see and understand what's going on with her more. Knowing where she exactly is in her phase helped me understand when to be more patient and also how I can help ease what she goes through based off how she is feeling. It's all there for us as men to understand and support her and that's our duty. So I will continue to use phases to help her through her phases.

You can’t be mad at this app. it’s informative and works fine, tracks what it needs too, all you need to do is put the date of her last period and it does the rest for you, tells you what each phase means.

What a great app. I downloaded this for my husband to have a better understanding of my cycle and it’s super easy to use. Easy to navigate through and provides some really good information. Great idea!
