UltraLocked encrypts files using your iPhone's Secure Enclave — the same hardware security processor protecting Face ID and Apple Pay.
Vault protection is anchored to Secure Enclave-backed keys designed to keep key material non-extractable from app software.

Audio capture and transcription stay entirely on-device — never routed to a server. Unsupported locales disable dictation entirely rather than falling back to cloud speech processing.
ENCRYPTED VOICE RECORDING
Record voice memos with live waveform visualization while encrypting directly into the vault.
CROSS-DEVICE TRANSFER
Move your vault to a new device using encrypted .ultralocked bundles shared over AirDrop, Files, or other transfer channels.

Files are cryptographically destroyed by removing the key material required for decryption. On flash storage, secure deletion behavior depends on device and OS implementation.
