Radio Starlight — Your Generative Radio Station Design, generate, and (optionally) publish AI‑powered radio programs from the web’s freshest content. Build your format once—segment by segment—and keep your show’s personality and sound consistent across episodes. WHY RADIO STARLIGHT * Segment‑first creative control: Manually design your program structure (e.g., Opening → Music → Deep Dive → News Corner → Outro). Assign sources and per‑segment prompts for repeatable formats. * Bring your own content: Blend Feeds (RSS/Atom/JSON), API content (events, knowledge bases), and Page content (public webpages). * Bring your own AI: Choose the best model per task—popular cloud APIs or Apple on‑device options (Foundation Models, Image Playground) on compatible hardware. * Personality and sound that feel like radio: Define a custom on‑air persona and pair it with Sound Sets for background music and stingers. Generate cover images and avatars to brand your series. * Transparency and reuse: Source attribution is encouraged for every segment. Reuse Personas and Sound Sets across shows. TWO WAYS TO BUILD * Basic (free): One‑click, auto‑generated shows from your selected sources. * Custom (Pro): Create and edit reusable templates with full segment‑level control (prompts, sources, order). Pro is an optional subscription. HOW IT WORKS 1. Collect sources: add feeds, connect APIs, and point to pages. 2. Design your segments and attach prompts. (Custom requires Pro.) 3. Choose engines for text and images (cloud or on‑device). 4. Generate scripts, covers, and avatars; keep personas and Sound Sets consistent. 5. Publish (optional): Export programs and assets when you want to share. PUBLISHING AND SHARING (OPTIONAL) When it’s time to share, export to the open Starlight Catalog Service format (self‑hosted static JSON plus media). Host anywhere. Others can paste your catalog URL in Radio Starlight to browse or import. Publishing is separate from the app and not required for everyday use.
