I love this game. But somehow my account got restricted. I’ve asked several times to please contact me since we can get this resolved.. problem nothing so I have been unable to play this one for money. I have been playing this game with whatever points I I can accumulate. I do like the game very much how I would like to be able to play with some real cash. Love the bonuses But it does seem that when it comes to getting a problem solved… so until I can get this restriction lifted I’m just going to keep playing for whatever gems I can get...

So, I downloaded this game through FreeCash. I made deposits for rewards both in FreeCash AND in the game. I hit a reward and was told it didn’t track correctly from Bingo Verve and I was out of luck. There was also a promotion that if you deposit, you could earn back the money you lost in games. That did not happen. I reached out to customer service NUMEROUS times and no one ever provided a resolution. I just kept being told they were looking into it and they will have a resolution soon. All I wanted was to be credited the amount I should have been credited. Not a hard resolution. That was almost a month ago. I continued to play the game because I had deposited $50. Fast forward, I just deposited $39 (I felt okay with that because there was no promotion tied to it and I was doing well at the game so I wanted to make enough to withdrawal what I had lost. I have been on a winning streak and getting close to a withdrawal amount I felt was acceptable and when I logged in to play today, I was notified that make account was restricted and to reach out to customer service. That is comical considering I have had zero luck with them for a month. I know have over $70 in my account. I cannot play and I cannot withdrawal. I am a fool for continuing to play the game even after there was some shadiness going on. I do not recommend this game and Innovation Casualty’s business practices (and their lack of customer service). It is a scam.

This is another game I tried bc it was supposed to allow you to cash out, but it doesn’t! You have to reach a certain amount before you can cash out, and you won’t win up to that amount! I know the Support will say “it’s a skill based game and you have to have the necessary skills to win?” That’s BS! We have the skills as I’ve read all of the other reviews and it’s the same thing? Developers put these games on the App Store and the ratings are fake? If you read the TRUE REVIEWS they tell you that this game is not worth being on the App Store, but it won’t get removed? Why don’t you developers make games that are FAIR and REASONABLE for the very ppl you’re supposed to be making these games for? You get your revenue from all of the oh-so-many ads? Why not give back to the players that are trying to play, but your game is set to not allow winners..

I’ve attempted to withdraw $100 of my winnings in the 8th of July . I’m my haste I put the wrong email address. I’ve sent email after email trying to fix my mistake . Because of the issues I’m having on my end with PayPal . It’s sitting there in limbo .. I could’ve sworn I could withdraw my winning to any account . Could someone please reach to me from Innovation.. I’m ready to withdraw another $100 but now I’m not sure if I should . Please help . Regardless of that I love Bingo Verve 😎
